加入情感组钐{者埘治疗学校恐惧效果的实验研究摘 加入情感组钐{者埘治疗学校恐惧效果的实验研究 摘 要 目的：本研究通过对被试学校恐惧心理机制的分析，运用元认知干预技术对患有学 校恐惧的被试进行干预，通过实验验证元认知干预技术对干预学校恐惧的有效性以及在 干预过程中加入情感组织者对学校恐惧干预效果的影响。 方法：选取2007年9月之后主动来辽宁师范大学心理咨询中心进行咨询的学校恐 惧患者，筛选出其中符合实验研究标准的30名来访者作为实验研究被试。根据ABBA 的实验设计，按来访顺序随机分配到实验组(加入情感组织者)和控制组(未加入情感 组织者)，每组15人。采用t检验的方法，通过分被试干预前和干预后症状自评量表 (SCL．90)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)的得分，验证元认知干预技术的有效性；分析在治 疗过程中加入情感组织者和未加入情感组织者在干预效果方面的差异。 结果：实验组和控制组被试经过元认知干预技术治疗前后SCL．90和SAS得分均存 在显著差异：干预后实验组SCL．90和SAS的得分与控制组有显著差异且明显好于控制 组。 结论：元认知干预技术对治疗学校恐惧效果显著；在使用元认知干预技术治疗学校 恐惧的过程中，是否加入情感组织者对治疗效果影响显著。 关键词：学校恐惧；元认知干预技术：情感组织者；ABBA实验设计 加入睛感组织者对治疗学校恐瞑效果的实验研究Abstract 加入睛感组织者对治疗学校恐瞑效果的实验研究 Abstract Objective：By the analysis of the psychological system of the school fear of the subjects， this research intends to intervene those subjects with fear psychology by means of Meta-cognition Intervention Technique．Besides，the research also means to test the effect of meta—cognition intervention technique towards intervening the school fear and the influence of the joining of emotion advance organizers to school fear intervention in the course of intervening． Methodology：This research selects 30 interviewees，who have been suffering from school fear since September，2007 and volunteered to come to the Psychological Consultative Center of Liaoning Normal University for consultation，as its subjects qualified for the eaperiment．On the basis of the experimental design of ABBA，the subjects are distributed to two teams according tO the visiting order：1 5 in each team，the experimental team(谢tll the joining of emotion advance organizers)and the control team(without the joining of emotion advance organizers)．Throu譬h analyzing the scores of SCL-90 and SAS of the subjects before and after the intervention by using T—test，the research is to testify the effect of meta-cognition intervention technique and analyze the differences of intervening effect between the joining of emotion advance organizers and the non·joining of emotion advance organizers in the course of treatm
