成都 成都中医药大学硕士学位论文 - - PAGE 10 - Abstract Objective ： To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of san-ren soup on postoperative complications of mixed hemorrhoids with damp-heat pouring downward syndrome 。 Methods: The 70 inpatients who with disease of Mixed hemorrhoids diagnosed of damp -heat pouring downward syndrome were randomly divided into 2 groups with35 Cases.After regular treatment in both groups, the study group started the treatment with san-ren soup of totally ten days, While the control group，without the soup during the treatment．Observing and studying in statistics the clinical efficacy， postoperative pain, swelling, bleeding and bowel problems such as changes in symptoms and signs, wound healing time , and comprehensive assessment of its overall effect the situation . Results: After treatment, the study group had significant less postoperative anus pain,less postoperative bleeding ，voiding dysfunction and helping bowel movements than the control group by the rank sum test（P0.05）, on the contrary, There was no statistic difference between the two groups after the operation about the volume of blood loss,less postoperative anus pain（P0.05）, the wound healing time of the study group was significantly cut down , and the overall effect of the study group by the rank sum test was better than the control group (p 0.05). Conclusion: San- Ren soup is a more security and active therapeutics to postoperative complications of mixed hemorrhoid with damp-heat pouring downward syndrome, Tt can effectively helping bowel movement ,reduce the Occurrence probability of the needless stimulus on the wound, thereby relieving pain, reducing bleeding and voiding dysfunction ,and has the advantage of wound healing, shorten the course of clinical efficacy. after all, it is a safe and effective traditional Chinese medicine preparation，and is worth popularizing.
