Between 1996 and 2006, the annual average growth rate of Chinese gas consumption exceeded 14 percent. Those data illustrate Chinese gas market not only grew fast, but also has great potential. Therefore the JIA YU DA QIN Gas company founded as the times require, in 2003. from the beginning, the company went through 3 periods: constructing, demand appearing and steady growth. in this long duration of development, the company has undergone series of bottlenecks,such as chain tension in capital cases, market developing quandaries, etc, however, through proper strategic guidance implementing and hard works from all sides, the company has pulled through those problems one by one. recently, the company has entered the steady growth period, with the advent of the period of the rapid growth from 2014 to 2017, former developing model is no longer suitable for developing of the company because the coming of internal and external environments notable improving. Therefore, the company will readjust the existing business strategy or formulate a new one, it is very necessary to draft and establish new business strategies. Through the application of enterprise strategic management theories, the article analysis the company’s internal and external environments at different development cycles, in other words, carries out a study on enterprise strategies at company’s different development cycles. In addition, strategic plan process and SWOT are utilized as well to plan the company’s development in next five years.
