英文 英文摘要 广州 广州医学院硕士学位论文 PAGE PAGE 13 PAGE PAGE 10 Study and investigate on Pseudomonas aeruginosa drug-resistance status in Primary hospital Speciality: immunology Candidate: Jingsong Tang Supervisor: Prof. Aiwu Wu 【Objective】 Abstract To explore the present situations and levels of the drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains in primary hospital, To identify the classifications of beta-lactamase and its relationship with drug resistance of pseudomonas aeruginosa, to expound the role of OprD2 gene deletion and the beta-lactamase resistance gene carried on in the resistance beta-lactam antibiotics, to study on the resistant mechanism of beta-lactamase antibiotic to the Pseudomonas aeruginosa , which are significant to prevent and control the emergence and dissemination of resistant strains in primary hospital as well as offer clinics bases to guide primary hospital to choose appropriate antibiotics reasonably. 【Methods】 1.Pseudomonas aeruginosa antibiotic susceptibility determination: 15 kinds of antibiotics resistance to pseudomonas aeruginosa were detected by VITE-2 system. β-lactamase in Pseudomonas aeruginosa detected： Extended spectrum-lactamase, AmpC enzyme were detected by improved three-dimensional test. Metallo-β-lactamase was detected by disk synergy test. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technical is utilized to amplify beta-lactamase and OprD2 gene，DNA sequencing was adopted to analyze the resistance-related genes. 【Results】 1 The sensitivity results of 90 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to the 15 kinds of antibiotics: higher sensitivity of the six kinds of antibiotics followed by amikacin , meropenem , cefepime , L-ofloxacin , imipenem ceftazidime, whose sensitive rate were 75.5% , 71.1% , 70.0% , 67.8% , 66.7%,65.6% in turn. The higher antibiotic resistance rates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa , followed by Furadantin, ceftriaxone, cefotaxime, piperacillin ,whose resistance rates were 95.6% , 83.4% , 67.8% , 48.9% in turn. 2.
