万方数据 万方数据 Dissertation Submitted to Hebei University of Technology for The Master Degree of Mechanical Engineering Application of the law of technology evolution to manufacturing process innovation by Sun Qi Supervisor: Prof. Chen Zishun April 2015 河北工 河北工业大学硕士学位论文 摘 要 技术创新，即生产技术的革新，是指开发新技术，或者将现有的科学技术进行应 用创新。技术创新可以分为两大类：产品创新和工艺创新。 工艺创新包括新的工艺技术、新的管理方法、新的生产设备和新的组织方式。而 引进新的工艺技术又是由政府的法律法规、市场和新产品等多方面决定的；新的管理 方法包含人员的管理和设备的管理；生产设备的更新同样包括单一设备的更新，多台 设备的重组和新生产线的引进；新的组织方式包括设备组织和生产组织。由于工艺创 新涉及到生产组织的方方面面，我们希望有一种规律来指导我们进行工艺创新，使我 们能够有一个明确的创新方向。正如 TRIZ 中的技术进化定律及技术进化路线通过对 技术进化客观规律的总结，为技术创新指明了方向。 工艺创新是技术创新的重要环节，涉及到生产组织的多个方面。现有的工艺创新 缺乏有效的理论指导，论文以 TRIZ 中的技术进化定律为基础对工艺创新展开研究。 旨在找到技术进化定律在工艺创新中的作用，进而尝试寻找能够指导工艺创新的工艺 进化路线。 本论文首先介绍了工艺创新、技术进化定律及技术进化路线、技术系统、工艺系 统等基础理论知识。然后将技术进化定律尝试应用到工艺中去，进而得到技术进化定 律在工艺中的应用结果，最后对结果进行分析研究尝试得出在技术进化定律指导下的 工艺进化路线。 关键词：工艺创新，技术创新，技术进化定律，工艺系统，工艺进化路线 I 技术进 技术进化定律在工艺创新中的研究应用 ABSTRACT Technology innovation refers to the innovation of production technology is about the development of new technology, or the innovation of existing science. Technology innovation is divided into two broad categories: product innovation and process innovation. Technology innovation includes new technology, new equipment, new organization and management methods. New management includes personnel management and equipment management and new equipment includes single equipment updates and the restructuring of the multiple devices. The government and market have the power to decide whether we introduce the new technology. Since technological innovation involves many aspects of production organization .We hope to have a law to tell us how to make technology innovation. Just like the law of technology evolution summarized by TRIZ point out the direction of the technology evolution route for the technology innovation. Process innovation is an important part of the technology innovation. it involves various aspects of product organization. The existing theory of process innovation is lack of effective
