摘要 摘要 I I 摘 要 自 1969 年 Bowlby 正式确立依恋概念并展开系统研究以来，依恋研究已历 经四十载。在这四十年的依恋研究历程中，依恋理论的深度和广度都得到广泛的 拓展，但是依恋研究仍然以儿童和青少年为主要研究对象，较少以婚姻伴侣为研 究对象，而在婚姻研究中较少探讨依恋在其中的作用。所以笔者选择了从依恋角 度分析婚姻关系这一新的思路。 由于婚姻关系的普遍性和重要性，以及依恋与婚姻关系的密切相关，笔者提 出了婚姻依恋这一概念，认为婚姻依恋是一对成熟的男人和女人因共同的利益而 自愿终身结合在一起所形成的一种积极的情感联结。 笔者在回顾以往依恋研究成果的基础上，探讨了婚姻依恋的内涵、特征、建 立和发展的过程以及影响婚姻依恋的心理因素。根据上述探讨，通过案例分析典 型婚姻现象中的婚姻依恋心理，对婚姻心理咨询工作提出五项建议：一是理解自 我调节策略、依恋类型和婚姻依恋的相互关系；二是识别不同依恋类型在婚姻中 的特点；三是掌握婚姻中自我调节策略的激活模式；四是了解自我调节策略的心 理后效及可能对应的依恋类型；五是领悟培育婚姻依恋的关键点。 关键词：婚姻依恋 依恋类型 自我调节策略 情绪认知模式 Abs Abstract II II Abstract It has been forty years since Bowlby defined attachment and engaged in attachment research in 1969. In the forty years’ research, the profundity and extent of attachment theory have been developed widely, however, the main attachment research objects were child and adolescent not marital partner, at the same time the attachment was rarely discussed in the marriage research, so the author chosen a new approach that analyze marital relationship from the attachment angle. Because of the universality and significance of marital relationship, and the close correlativity between attachment and marital relationship, the author advanced the concept of marital attachment and thought it is a positive emotional link that is established by a mature man and a mature woman that voluntary combined in their lifetime for common benefits. Based on the review of the past fruits of attachment research, the author discussed the meaning, characteristic, establishment and evolution, influencing mental factors of marital attachment. According to these discuss, the author analyzed marital attachment of typical material phenomenon through cases, then provided five suggestions to the material psychological consultation: first is to understand the correlation of self-regulation strategy, attachment pattern and marital attachment； second is to recognise the characteristic of different attachment pattern in marriage; third is to grasp the activation model of self-r
