心脏永久起搏器植入治疗病窦伴阵发性心 房颤动的临床观 【摘要】目的：比较分析病窦伴阵发性心房颤动患者植 入单双起搏器的临床疗效。方法：本次研究中入选的对象选 自于笔者所在医院收治的40例病窦伴阵发性心房颤动患者， 患者入院的时间为2011年3月-2013年12月，根据患者自 愿原则，分别植入单腔起搏器和双腔起搏器，对照组患者20 例，采用单腔起搏器+胺碘酮治疗，观察组患者20例，在药 物治疗的基础上给予双腔起搏器植入治疗，比较两组患者的 治疗效果，并采用统计学软件对其临床数据进行分析处理。 结果：治疗后两组患者的左室射血分数和6 min内步行距离 比较，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论：对病窦伴阵发性 心房颤动患者行双腔起搏器植入治疗效果明显，更符合生理 性起搏，值得临床关注和推广。 【关键词】双腔起搏器；阵发性心房颤动；左室射 血分数 中图分类号R541. 7文献标识码B文章编号 1674-6805 (2014) 22-0027-02 Clinical Observation of Permanent Pacemaker Implantation in the Treatment of Atrial Fibrillation in Patients with Sick Sinus Syndrome/ZHANG Shou-mei. //Chinese and Foreign Medical Research, 2014, 12 (22)： 27-28 [Abstract] Objective： To research the effect of sick sinus syndrome with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation patients implanted pacemaker of single and double. Method： Analyzed from March 2011 to December 2013 in our hospital of the clinical data of 40 cases of patients, they were randomly divided into two groups, 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with a single chamber pacemaker and amiodarone, the observation group was given the dual chamber pacemaker implantation on the basis of drug treatment ， therapeutic effect of two groups were compared, and using statistical software for analysis of the clinical data. Result: After treatment, the left ventricular ejection fraction and 6 minutes walking distance of two groups there were obvious difference, the differences were statistically significant (P0.05) . Conclusion： Patients with sick sinus syndrome with paroxysmal atrial patients with dual chamber pacemaker implantation treatment effect is obvious fibrillation, more in line with the physiological pacing.
