探析小儿肺炎支原体快速鉴定培养和药敏在儿童呼吸道感染早期快速诊断中应用 【中图分类号】R563. 1【文献标识码】A【文章编 号】1672-3783 （2013） 11-0451-01 【摘要】目的探讨肺炎支原体（MP）培养加药敏在儿 童呼吸道感染早期诊断和治疗中的价值。方法应用M P液 体培养加药敏方法对桐乡地区2011年5月?2013年5月535 例急性下呼吸道感染患儿的咽拭子标本进行MP培养和药敏 检测，并对培养阳性的的患者检测患儿血清中MHgM抗体。 结果535例急性下呼吸道感染患儿咽拭子标本中M P培养 阳性58例，总阳性率为10. 8%。对58例培养阳性标本进 行血清中MHgM抗体检测阳性54例，符合率为93. 1%。耐 药性由高到低为红霉素（58. 6%） ＞罗红霉素（51.7%）〉克拉 霉素（46.6%） ＞阿奇霉素（34.5%）〉司帕沙星（8. 6%） ＞ 左氧氟沙星（0%）。结论MP培养加药敏方法简便快速，对 儿童M P感染的早期诊断具有重要的参考价值，适合一般 实验室开展应用。培养能对MP引起的肺炎进行确诊，临床 治疗MP选择药物时，MP对药物的耐药性不容忽视，应该根 据药敏试验结果选用药物，使病患得到正确及时的治疗，并 减缓耐药株出现。 【关键词】肺炎支原体；培养基；诊断 Mycoplasma culture and drug sensitivity, rapid identification- In the application of early and rapid diagnosis of respiratory tract infections in children 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) culture and drug sensitivity in the early diagnosis and treatment of value in children with respiratory tract infection. Methods M P liquid culture and drug sensitivity in Tongxiang area in 2011 May to 2013 May 535 cases of children with acute lower respiratory tract infection of throat swab specimens for M P culture and drug sensitivity test, and the training of patients with positive serum M PIgM antibodydetection. Results of 535 cases of acute lower respiratory tract infection in children in the throat swab specimens from M P culture was positive in 58 cases, the total positive rate was 10. 8%. In 58 cases of culture positive specimens wereserum M PIgM antibody test was positive in 54 cases, the coincidence rate is 93. 1%. Resistance from high to low is erythromycin (58.6%) clarithromycin, roxithromycin (51. 7%) (46.6%) azithromycin (34.5%) (8.6%) sparfloxacinlevofloxacin (0%). Conclusion M P culture and drug sensitivity test method is simple and rapid, and has important reference value for the early diagnosis ofchildren with M infection of P, suitable for general laboratory use.
