摘要 摘要 I I 摘 要 随着城市建设进程的不断加快，许多城市开始将单一的城市设施管理系统向 综合性的城市管理信息系统改进。然而，虽然各行业部门对城建基础设施的管理 具有一定的共性——均以道路为载体进行管理，但是各行业部门管理区域及管理 职能的划分存在差异。因此，能否建立满足各行业部门需要的面向城建基础设施 管理的路面划分体系，并以此为基础构建面向城建基础设施管理的道路 GIS 数据 模型已成为推进城市管理部门信息化建设的关键。 论文在充分研究和分析现有国内外道路 GIS 数据模型及其应用现状的基础 上，结合市政、园林、市容部门对城建基础设施的管理需求，参考城市道路设计 与管理的相关国家标准和行业规范，设计了面向不同管理需求模式的路面划分方 法，并在此基础上提出了面向城建基础设施管理的道路 GIS 数据模型（Urban Infrastructure Management Oriented Road GIS Data Model，UIMORDM）。 论文分别设计了 UIMORDM 的概念模型、逻辑模型、物理模型。在 UIMORDM 概念模型中确定了以道路为基础的城建基础设施管理对象实体，提 取了各个实体的属性，并描述实体与实体间的相互关系；UIMORDM 逻辑模型 把上述实体与实体间的关系表达成计算机所能识别的形式；UIMORDM 物理模 型则描述了道路及其上城建基础设施的分类编码、图层组织。 论文以 UIMORDM 为基础，分别开发了行业及综合的 GIS 数据管理平台， 通过平台中的道路组织、查询统计等实验测试，验证了模型的可行性和适用性， 为该模型在其他行业管理部门的应用奠定了基础。 关键词：地理信息系统，城建基础设施，路面划分，道路数据模型，Geodatabase Abstract Abstract II II Abstract With the rapid development of the process of urban construction, many cities started to change the single management for urban facilities to the comprehensive improvement of the urban infrastructure management information system. However, while the industry sectors on the management of urban infrastructure has certain similarity – manage through the road, but they still have differences in the division of management region and management functions. Therefore, establishing road subsection system which can be suitable to various industry, and building a multi-industry management oriented GIS data model of the road have become a key to promote urban informationization management. Based upon the review the research on the existing domestic and international road GIS models and the current applications, this thesis design the subsection method oriented to different requirement in respect of industry sectors on the management of urban infrastructure, with reference to the relevant national standards and industry norms.
