AbstractThe Abstract The world economy is increasingly presenting a character of industry cluster development，Industry cluster is a ecological duster of enterprises and relevant Organizations，has a number of features which are helpful to the regional industry development，and has the superiority which build regional Competitiveness，and become the great drive for the increase of regional economy． By rationally analyzing Changhong company’S development and Mianyang local economic increase，we’11 see that the electronic information industry has many problems on industry system，service system，resonrce element,technology innovation and external environment．Enterprises such as Changhong am more and more confined by local industrial environment，while leading enterprises’prosperity and development，good industrial matching environment and nice competition and cooperation atmosphere have become the urgent need for present and future economic development of Mianyang．The construction of industry cluster will depend on close cooperation among the government， Changhong and agencies to build up platforms and combine both the inside and the outside．The industry cluster must be constructed on the basis of electronic information industry and core backbone enterprises SO as to play the role fully，realize speedy and breakthrough increase， enforce the ability of economic sustainable development and promote the core competence of the Sci—tech City．For this purpose，Mianyang Municipal Government and Changhong have mutually set up a task team for the construction of Changhong Electronic Information Industry Cluster，which is responsible for coordination and promotion of industry cluster construction． 1 From From ecological bases，on a team member’s side and as viewed自om 陀gional economy management，this article has made a deep discussion on present situations，problems and relevant measures of／for the construction of Mianyang Changhong electronic information industrv cluster． Keywords：Industry
