中文摘要中文摘要 中文摘要 中文摘要 本论文主要包括文献综述和临床研究两个部分。 文献综述共两篇。第一篇回顾总结了对慢性腰腿痛的中西医的认识和临床 上能引起慢性腰腿痛常见疾病的诊断和鉴别诊断。主要从中医古医籍文献中有 关腰腿痛的病因病机和西医临床鉴别诊断两个方面进行论述。中医在病因病机 上多认为腰腿痛与肝肾关系最为密切。临床上采取的治疗方法很多，药物也很 多，总体疗效显著，但是对症状严重的患者疗效欠理想。第二篇着重从中药治 疗、手法治疗、牵引治疗、针灸治疗、局部药物注射治疗等非手术治疗方面进 行具体论述，概述了近年来中医药治疗慢性腰腿痛的进展。 临床研究部分观察了口服中成药抗骨增生胶囊对慢性腰腿痛肝肾不足、瘀 血阻络证的临床疗效。将符合标准的慢性腰腿痛肝肾不足、瘀血阻络证病人30 例纳入观察范围，给予具有滋补肝肾、活血化瘀、通络止痛作用的中成药抗骨 增生胶囊口服治疗，通过足量足疗程的治疗后，对病人的症状、体征进行了观 察。结果显示：总有效率为93．33％。接受观察的30例病例中，症状改善明显 者24例，明显的提高了病人的生活质量。且治疗过程中未见明显的不良反应。 结论：抗骨增生胶囊用于治疗慢性腰腿痛肝肾不足、瘀血阻络证具有明显的临 床疗效，且安全无毒副作用。由此证实慢性腰腿痛“以肝肾亏虚为主，多为本 虚标实”的观点，是有理论依据的。 主题词：抗骨增生胶囊；慢性腰腿痛；肝肾不足、瘀血阻络：非手 术治疗 慢性腰腿痛的非手术治疗研究Abstract 慢性腰腿痛的非手术治疗研究 Abstract This thesis is mainly composed by two parts：literature summary and cHnical study． In the part of literature summary，the first section revjews and summarizes the cognition of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)and、Ⅳestern Medicine(WM)to the chrOnic aching waists and legs and its diagnosis and diff色rential diagnosis commonly in clinic．It mainly discusses the causes and pathogenesis described in the ancient books of TCM and the clinical differential dia窑nosis of WM．The causes and pathogenesis are regarded mOstly by TCM that the aching waists and legs are mOst highly related to liver and kidney．There are many clinical methods of treatment and medicaments．The overall curative effects are remarkable．however it is still not good enough tO the septic patients． The secOnd section mainly discuesses the aspects of traditional medicine Chinese treannent， acupuncture treatment， pulling treatment， local drug injection treatment， and maneuver treatment etc．，and summa“zes the recent development of Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment tO the chronic aching waists and legs． In the part of clinical study，it observes the clinical curative effects of 0ral Chinese patent medicine of anti—hyperosteogeny capsule to the chronic aching waists and legs with the deficiency of liver and kidney and blood stasis vessel obstruction syndrome．There are th
