022025284方士红 022025284方士红 科技企业DF公司茸才实践研究 摘要 知识经济条件下,企业的竞争,就是人才的竞争,而人才的竞争,就是如何做 到人尽其才、人尽其用,如何将人才留住、激活。 人才流出,带来的后果是不堪设想的。对于企业本身来说,人才带走了自己的 技术、管理,甚至导致生产销售的一度混乱。同时,人才的流动也给企业带来了竞 争对手的威胁,一个人才的流失,可能会带来更多的人才流失。一个员工离职以 后,企业从招新人到顺利上手,仅是替换成本就高达离职员工薪水的1.5—2.5倍, 优秀人才的替换成本则更大,其他方方面面的损失更是难以预算。 造成人才流失的原因有很多:管理混乱,缺乏激励机制,用人导向不明,企业 形象欠佳,收入水平缺乏竞争力,缺乏监控机制,考绩结果与奖金不挂钩等。 每个企业要针对自身的实际情况制定相应当留才策略。“能招人者,以一当 十。能留人者,以一当百。”很好的说明了企业留才的重要性。企业的人力资源工 作的每个环节都要注重留才镱略的实施。 当代企业的核心突出表现就是在人才的竞争上,因此留住人才是已经成为一个 企业的核心工作。 关键词:留才、人力资源、科技企业 022025284方士红 022025284方士红 科技企业DF公司留才实跣研究 Abstract Under the condition of economic of knowledge,competition of enterprise is focused competition oftalents,and competition oftalents is focused oR how to make best use of talents,retain them and activate them. Loss oftalents will have unimaginable result.For all enterprise itself’the peoples left bring its technology away,which will even cause chaos to production and sales.At the same time,movement oftalents carl increase thteat from competitors.A talent’s leaving may initiate more talents’leaving.After art employee left,the company will cost as 1.5 to 2.5 times much as salary for the dismissed person when finding a new one to take his or her place.To replace an excellent employee need more.Loss on other aspects is difficult to eSltimate. There many l℃asons casing the loss oftalents.They are disordered administration, lack of inspiring system,bad corporate image,less competitive compensation,and so on. Every company should make certain tactics幻retain talents according to its own environment,The implement ofretaining talents’tactics should be emphasized at every stage ofhuman resource management.
