II II 后下降;过氧化物酶活性则逐渐增加;细胞膜透性变化不明显。 (4)马蹄金依靠种子繁殖和营养繁殖来维持种群的繁衍。观察显示有性繁殖 以自花传粉为主,结实率低;在低于20℃的室温,25℃/20℃、35℃/25℃下测定种子 萌发率发现种子在20℃以下萌发率最低,而25℃/20℃最高;用不同浓度的6-BA处理 种子后,萌发率均提高,其中以10-3mg /L为佳,在此浓度下具有较大的萌发率及最大 的根长和芽长;营养繁殖以匍匐茎蔓延进行繁殖,测定显示6—7月份匍匐茎生长速 度最大。 (5)通过对马蹄金营养器官解剖结构的观察发现,马蹄金叶片的栅栏组织由2 —3层柱状细胞构成,海绵组织胞间隙较小,反映一定的阳生叶特征;叶表皮具大量 平伏二叉状毛。这些结构特征表明马蹄金对干旱和高温具有一定的适应性。 关键词:马蹄金;抗逆生理;微形态;繁殖生物学特性 III III Studies on Resistance Physiology, Micromorphology and Reproductive Characteristics of Dichondra repens ABSTRACT In this paper, resistance physiology characteristics of the different provenances on Dichondra repens were studied by way of measureing some physiology indexes from its leaf under stress. The micromorphological features of leaf epidermis and vegetative organ were investigated by means of light microsocope(LM). Reproduction characteristics of Dichondra repens were studied through experiment and observation. This study is helpful to breading, spreading wildlife resources utilization and turfgrass genetic engineering of Dichondra repens. The results were as follows: Comparative studies on the cold resistance of the wild Dichondra repens and the cultivated Dichondra repens when temperature fell were made. Results showed that the content of free proline decreased first and increased later; content of soluble sugar increased first and decreased afterwards. Relative electric conductivity gradually increased. The content of free proline of leaves from the wild species was higher than that of the cultivated species during four phases. The content of soluble sugar of leaves from the wild species increased more quickly than that from the cultivated species. Relative electric conductivity of the cultivated species increased more quickly than that of the cultivated species. The result shows that the wild species is more cold-resistant than the cultivated species.
