门冬氨酸鸟氨酸减少肝动脉化疗栓塞术后轻微型肝性脑病发生的临床研究 亢春生 刘建新 李彪 张菲菲 贾丽彬 (潞安集团总医院山西长治046204) 【摘要】口的研究门冬氨酸鸟氨酸减少原发性肝癌肝硬化患者行肝动脉化 疗栓塞术后轻微型肝性脑病发生的临床作用。方法100例原发性肝癌肝硬化患 者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各50例。治疗组患者在基础保肝治疗上加用门冬 氨酸鸟氨酸。对照组给予基础保肝治疗。肝动脉化疗栓塞术后7天行心理智能测 试检测。术前1天及术后7天查血氨及相关生化指标。结果治疗组肝动脉化疗 栓塞术后轻微型肝性脑病检出6例(12%),对照组28例(56%), chi;2=21.57, Plt;0.001,差异有统计学意义。结论门冬氨酸鸟氨酸能有效降低肝动脉化疗栓 塞术后患者的血氨水平，保护肝功能，降低轻微型肝性脑病发病率。 【关键词】门冬氨酸鸟氨酸减少肝动脉化疗栓塞术轻微型肝性脑 病 【中图分类号】R969 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752 (2014) 11-0076-02 Clinical study on L-ornithine-L-aspartate reducing the incidenee rate of Minimal hepatic encephalopathy after Transcatheter arterial chemoe-mblization. Methods 100 cases of patie nts with hepatocellular carci noma accompanying cirrhosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 50 cases in each. Patients in the treatment group were added with ornithine aspartate in foundation treatment. The control group was given basic treatment of liver. 7 days after 7ACEJntelligent mental test. 1 days before operation and 7 days after operation, blood ammonia and biochemical parameters.
