Research Research Oil the Countermeasures to Prevent Adolescent Delinquency in Shenyang Abstract Juvenile delinquency,drugs and environment pollution are acknowledged as the three biggest threats to the world．In recent years，with the deepened development of the reform and opening up，and increasingly development of our society and economy,the problem of juvenile delinquency is emerging day by day．In order to solve this problem，our country has costed a lot of human．phyrsical and financial resources；issued series of documents，and called on related departments at each level to do some work to prevent juvenile delinquency．In response，Shenyang has actively carried out some measures to prevent juvenile delinquency． In the new period，juvenile delinquencies in Shenyang have their new features and new circumstances，namely,the subj ects of j uvenile delinquencies are those who accepted 10W level education or have no iobs；some of the delinquencies are suddenly happened and some are preparatory crimes，and some incurred by criminal organizations，that is also can be called as“gang”．Concerning these new features and circumstances of juvenile delinquency in Shenyang．the city takes“public service’’and“protecting public rights’’as its work ethics and continually creates new measures to prevent juvenile delinquency,thus these prevention works have achieved a 10t of effectiveness and efficiency．The experience that Shenyang has accumulated through its crime prevention work not only be learnt by other cities，but also can rich related research theories in country． The ideal mode of juvenile delinquency prevention for Shenyang should be the mutual coordinate and support of school，family and the community,which iS a three—dimensional prevention mode．In fact，the juvenile delinquency prevention work in Shenyang has camed out iust from the three levels，namely,community,family and sch001．With the leading of Shenyang govemment，the activeness and enthusiasm of related departments have been fully
