AbstractDue Abstract Due to lack of market capacity and technical capacity, Chinese technology-intensive component enterprises of manufacturing enterprises excessive focus on low—end chain links whenⅡ1ey cut into the international industrial chain, thus mey have to face with these negative patterns，such as persistent low·lock, distortion of interests，dependence on technical import and so on，so climbing to links of high added value of value chain becomes the key element of industrial innovation． Therefore，studying the strategic issues about our country’s component enterprises to cut into intemational industrial chain combing with development status、§trategic space and constraint factors of the Chinese component enterprises in the upstream industrial chain is an important research project which contribute important value to theoretical innovation．It’S also play all important role in guiding component enterprises’development and instructing tlleir strategic development planning in oBr country． Based on learning of some theories and several enterprises’tracking study,tiffs paper takes component enterprises，especially component enterprises in the upstream chain of the manufacturing industrial chain as the research object．Then it also systematic analyses and further studies strategic path and business model of the Chinese component enterprises to cut into the international industrial chain combing wim the operating status of those enterprises． Based on several theories about component enterprises cutting into the international industrial chain，the paper analyses the current status of the component enterprises to cut into the international industrial chain,meanwhile，this paper analyses the feasibility about how Chinese component enterprises achieves promotion of the international industrial chain according to their own advantages and external environment support．And then，based on the five-stage division of the industrial life cycle，this paper emphasizes on the exploratory
