{n { n ABSTRACTNational ABSTRACT National elementary education experiment was an important part of Lei Peihong’S educational practice around the age of thirties and forties last century,which was an educational innovation activities carried out in Guangxi.Guangxi,a poor and backward border province,education had made great progress in the last two decades with his efforts.It is necessary to reproduce the educational experiment carried out by Lei Peihong in order to provide a reference value for the China’S current development of compulsory education in rural areas.The thesis consists of four parts: The first part is the introduction,including the reason and significance of the thesis.This section is a whole overview. Second part introduces the situation of national elementary education from the global aspect,including the formation,the environment and the origin of national elementary education theory. Third part specially analyzes the implementation process of national elementary education experiment,from the teacher training,basic education funding and legal safeguard mechanism. For experiment object,this part comprehensively analyzes the way of promoting education level to promote economic and social development in Guangxi in the situation of insufficient educational funds to expand the size of the educated.This section mainly iil provides provides a reference value for China’S current educational legislation from the education legislation. The fourth part analyzes the historical significance and practical value.From the whole view,national basic education has played a certain role in economic,social and cultural development in Guangxi. We can not negate his contribution in Guangxi,Many of his practice still progress the education,economic development and social equity in rural areas especially urban peasant worker’S education problem on the current.These problems also have relation to the social harmony to some extent on. key words;Lci Peihong;national elem
