论宪法信仰宪法与行政法学专业 论宪法信仰 宪法与行政法学专业 研究生：曾瑜 指导教师：陈驰 摘要：信仰就是指人类在社会运转过程中，对某事物产生了极度的崇拜 和信任，并将该事物作为一切行为的准则和愿意为之奉献一切的情感和行为。 宪法信仰是指人类在社会运转和历史发展过程中，对宪法及其所蕴含的价值产 生了积极的信任、尊敬和崇拜，是从感性认识升华到了理性认知的结果，并顺 理成章地将宪法作为实现人类最终价值的目标和一切行动、思想的指南，以及 愿意为之奉献一切的心态和行为。由于传统法律意识、法律文化的消极影响； 宪法自身的不完善；宪法监督机制的不完善以及宪法诉讼制度的缺失，导致我 国宪法信仰的状况并不理想。有鉴于此，本文认为培植公民的宪法信仰应从以 下几方面着手：完善宪法自身的不足，体现宪法的科学性；完善宪法保障监督 制度；加强宪法宣传，运用仪式尊奉，培养良好的宪法文化和培养宪法意识， 树立宪法权威以促进宪法信仰的培植。 关键词：宪法信仰宪法意识宪法权威培植 The The Faith of Constitution Major：Constitution law and administrative law Postgraduate：ZengYu Tutor：professor ChenChi Abstract：Faith refers to the excessive worship and trust on something or other in the course of social operation of human beings．They take the thing as the principle of all the actions and they are willing to devote all meir emotion and behavior．The Faith of Constitution refers to the extreme trust，respect and worship on Constitution and its inherent value of human beings in the social functioning and historical development process．It is the result of sublimation from perceptual knowledge to rational knowledge．Logically,the Faith of Constitution regards the Constitution as the final value to achieve the goal of mankind and all actions，the guide of thought，and also the mentality and behavior which are willing to sacrifice everything．Because of the negative impact of traditional legal sense and culture， imperfection of Constitution itself,the imperfections of constitutional monitoring mechanism，as well as the deletion of procedural regime of Constitution，which led to the status of faith in our Constitution is not ideal．In consideration of the above reasons，this thesis believes that it should comply with the following aspects to cultivate citizens’faith of Constitution：improve the self disability of Constitution and reflect the scientific nature of Constitution；improve the supervision and safeguards system of constitutional；strengthen the constitutional propaganda，use the ceremonies to treat respectly and foster a good Constitut
