The The protective effect of nourishing kidney herbs on cerebral ISCnemla Author：Sun xiu—ping Tutor：professorSpeciality：Thebasicresearchontheco删onofwesternmedicineandTCMWang shu-rong Abstract Under the guide of the TCM kidney-brain relsted theory,this article explored the effect mad some mechanism of liuwei dihuang wan(LVOin curing cerebral ischemia．TCM considers that the kidney and the brain are closely inter—related．they are inter—promoting physiologically and inter-effectingpathologically．This theory always has profound value in clinic from ancient times to today．According to this theory,recenfly,ischemic apoplexy is usually located to kidney in TCM．Hyponephroyin must lead to blood stasis．Therefore， nephroyin asthenia and blood stasis is the basic pathogenesis of apoplexy．Accordinglly,euriching nephroyin and activating blood circulation is the basic therapeutic principle．LW is the representative and classic prescription which nourishes nephroyin．It also call activate blond circulation。This study indicated that(1)LW could lower blood pressure slightly and maybe have good effect in early hypertension．(2)LW Call reduce the water quantity of brain and damage of neuron cell in ischemic·reperfusing rat． (3)LW could evidently enhance NO which can modulste the condition of blood vessel．(4) LW could apparently enhance the activities of SOD and slightly reduce MDA in brain．It indicated LW has anti-free radicals function．As a result，the experiment suggested that LW has good preventing effect on cerebral ischemia．This article has provided partial experimental foundation in etiology-pathogenesis theory and TCM therapies．So it has important theoretical and practical value． Key words：liuwei dihuang Wan kidney—brain related cerebral ischemia experimental study 2 引 引 言 根据祖国医学肾脑相关的理论，临床上辨证施治，应用补肾法治疗脑部疾病， 取得了显著疗效。许多脑部疾病具有共同的病理基础，因此选择其一，探讨补肾法 的作用机理，不失为一条有效途径。本课题拟选用滋补肾阴的代表方剂-六味地黄丸， 选择发病率与日俱增的缺血性脑血管疾病，观察六味地黄丸对脑缺血的药效作用， 并综合脑缺血损伤复杂的病理机制，从不同的环节探求其脑保
