Improving of the logistics quality management level can lower the logistics cost and win more customers for the enterprises. It is an issue concerning survival of the logistics enterprises in the world market to properly utilize the advanced systematic quality management method to improve the service quality and the operating process, reduce the quality cost and enable the company most competitive. As an advanced, scientific and systematic quality management theory and practical method, Six Sigma management is the principle and technique that can rigorously and effectively upgrade the produce quality and efficiency of the quality management process of an enterprise. In the last few years, Six Sigma Managements is abroad successful implement within servicing business, in order to raise the quality management level provides the new way of thinking for our country logistics business enterprise. Set out from this way of thinking, this paper lead Six Sigma Managements method into the logistics quality management realm and as to its carried on the research in the concrete application of the logistics business enterprises.
