专科管理 Advanced Nursing Practice ICU住院患者发生院内获得性压疮的 危险因素分析 邓小红 王乔凤 李明珂 胡爱玲 [摘 要]  目的：分析ICU住院患者发生院内获得性压疮的危险因素。方法：采用自制的ICU压疮发生情况 资料收集表与ICU压疮预警相关因素资料收集表对2011年10月至2013年10月在广州市某三级甲等医院ICU （MICU、CCU）住院的468例患者资料进行回顾，采用Logistic回归分析ICU压疮的危险因素。结果：多因素 Logistic回归分析显示，高龄、ICU住院日延长、舒张压偏低、清蛋白偏低、有机械通气、有大便失禁为ICU压 疮的独立危险因素，Braden总分为保护因素（P0.05）。结论：应针对ICU压疮高危人群和危险因素采取针对 性预防措施，警惕高龄、ICU住院日延长、舒张压偏低、清蛋白偏低、机械通气及伴有大便失禁的患者，重视 Braden评分的准确性与规范化。 [关键词]  ICU；压疮；危险因素                      [中图分类号]  R47 [DOI] 10.3969/j.issn.1672-1756.2016.06.028 Analysis of risk factors for hospital acquired pressure ulcers in ICU patients / DENG Xiaohong, WANG Qiaofeng, LI Mingke, HU Ailing // Nursing Department,The Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University, Lingnan Hospital, 510630 China /// Chinese Nursing Management-2016,16(6): 836-839 [Abstract] Objective: Analyze the risk factors for hospital acquired pressure ulcers in ICU patients. Method: Using self-designed information collection form and relative risk factors form, collect the clinical data pertaining ICU pressure ulcer from Oct of 2011 to Oct of 2013 in a tertiary Grade A hospital in Guangzhou, 468 patients were included, adopted Logistic Regression Analysis method to analyze ICU pressure ulcer risk factors. Result: Multiple Factors Logistic Regression Analysis revealed the following unique risk factors for ICU pressure ulcer: age, length of hospital stay, low Diastolic pressure, relatively low Albumin level, mechanical ventilation, incontinent of bowel and low Braden score (P0.05). Conclusion: Interventions should be made on the timely fashion to high risk group, pay specific attention to the patients with following conditions: aging, lengthy hospital stay, low Diastolic pressure, low albumin level, mechnical ventilation, and incontinent of bowel. Also, pay attention to the ac
