天龙通腑方治疗脑出血急性期中腑证的临床疗效观察.pdfVIP

摘 要 有进步 5 例，无变化 6 例，总有效率 85.00%。经统计学分析,两组总有效率有显著差异 (P ＜0.05) 。治疗2 月后；对照组 40 例：基本恢复 3 例，显著进步 15 例，稍进步 5 例， 无变化 17 例，总有效率 57.50%；治疗组40 例：基本恢复 7 例，显著进步 19 例，稍进 步 6 例，无变化 8 例，总有效率 80.00%。经统计学分析,两组总有效率有显著差异(P ＜ 0.05) 。 2.神经功能缺损评分:经药物治疗，与对照组比较，治疗组神经功能缺损评分显著降 低，有显著差异 (P ＜0.05) 。 3 ．血液流变学变化:治疗组、对照组治疗前、后相比，全血粘度髙切、低切，血浆 粘度，无显著差异（P0.05) 。 4.两组患者腹胀消除时间、初次排便时间、排便次数比较:观察两组入院 14d 内变化， 两组患者的腹胀消除时间比较有统计学意义（P ＜0.05) ；两组患者的初次排便时间、排 便次数有显著差异(P ＜0.05) 。 5.不良反应及毒副作用:两组患者在临床用药观察期间,均未出现严重不良反应及明 显的毒、副作用。两组患者治疗前后的实验室检查结果(血、尿、便常规、肝肾功能)未 发现与实验药物相关的异常改变。 结论： 天龙通腑方对脑出血急性期中腑证患者有显著的临床疗效，并能显著恢复患者神 经功能，但对血清流变学指标无明显影响。本研究显示该药物无明显的不良反应及毒、 副作用 ,且通过安全监测,有较好的临床应用前景。 关键词 天龙通腑方 脑出血急性期 中西医结合 疗效观察 II Abstract Abstract Objective: Explore efficacy and safety of Tianlongtongfu Decoction by observed the clinical efficacy of its in treating cerebral hemorrhage in the acute stage of zhongfu syndrome.
