基于供给侧视角的建陶产业小镇规划策略1 李建 摘要：传统建陶瓷产业的粗放发展模式已不适应当前社会经济发展形式，本文从供给侧结构改革角度，对 公共产品供给结构和生产要素配置模式加以理论解析，提出了“生产、生活、生态”的社会经济转型理念， 并通过建设特色小镇来实现生产要素创新与功能布局优化。从产业、社会、空间三个维度对规划实践路径 加以重构，提出了传统建陶产业转型升级的供给结构路线。以淄博建陶产业创新示范园为例，从产业生态 位提升入手，对其创新驱动要素加以内涵解析。在空间布局方面，结合 “三位一体”的结构转型路径，提 出建陶特色小镇的规划设计策略。 关键词：建陶产业，供给侧改革，特色小镇，规划策略 BasedonthePerspectiveof Supply-Side,Planning Strategy forCharacteristicBuildingCeramicIndustry Town Abstract：The extensive development pattern of traditional building ceramic industry has not adaptedtothe current economic development andthe international situation.From theperspective of Supply-side Structural Reform，thispaper discussthe supply structure ofpublic goods andthe distribution mode of production factors theoretically. also put forward concept of Production, Life ,Ecology Social-Economic transformation.
