喜炎平雾化吸入治疗小儿上呼吸道感染的临床疗效探究黄 静 黄静 四川省凉山州第二人民医院四川西昌615000 【摘要】冃的：探讨上呼吸道感染患儿使用喜炎平雾化吸入治疗的临床效 果。方法：选取小儿上呼吸道感染患者进行分析，随机分为两个不同组别。其屮 一组采用喜炎平静脉注射治疗，另一组釆用雾化吸入治疗。观察两组患儿的临床 治疗效果，以及不良反应情况。结果：试验组治疗有效率（94.7%）明显高于对 照组（76.3%）,患儿的发热、咳嗽、鼻塞流涕、肺部啰咅等症状恢复时间短于对 照组，不良反应发生率（5.3%）低于对照组（21.1%）o P0.05,差异有统计学 意义。结论：喜炎平应用在小儿上呼吸道感染中效果显著，其屮雾化吸入方式具 有操作安全简单、临床疗效更高、不良反应更少的优点，值得临床推广。 【关键词】上呼吸道感染；喜炎平；雾化吸入；静脉注射；临床效果 【屮图分类号1R725.6 【文献标识码]B 【文章编号11764-8999（2015 ） 7-0498-01 Xi phlogistic flat atomization inhalation treatment of pediatric upper respiratory tract infection the clinical efficacy of inquiry Hua ng jing The second peopled hospital of liangshan prefecture in sichuan provinee in 61500 【Abstract] Objective: to study the upper respiratory tract infection in children with using xi phlogistic flat to the clinical effect of atomizing inhalation therapy. Methods: select pediatric patients with upper respiratory tract infection were analyzed, and were randomly divided into two different groups. One group based on xi phlogistic flat intravenous treatment, another group of the atomization inhalation therapy. Observe the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups of children, and adverse reactions. Results: the experimental group efficient treatment (94.7%) is significantly higher than control group (76.3%) and children with fever, cough, symptoms such as stuffy nose, runny nose, the lungs, then the sound recovery time shorter than the control group, the incidenee of adverse reactions (5.3%), lower than the control group (21.1%).
