复方大承气汤联合西药保守治疗重症胰腺炎临床研究 张洪波 曹樟全(金华市中医院ICU浙江金华321000) 【中图分类号】R576【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-5085 (2012) 5-0028-03 【摘要】目的研究经鼻肠管给予复方大承气汤治疗急性重症胰腺炎的治疗效果。 方法选择金华市中医院2008年8月到2011年10月收治的重症胰腺炎患者32 例，随机分为中药组(n=16)和对照组(n=16),对照组给予西药保守治疗，中药组 在西药保守治疗基础上，给予鼻肠管注入复方大承气汤。观察患者腹痛及腹胀缓 解、肠功能恢复、血淀粉酶恢复正常时间、病死率及住院天数。结果中药组患 者的腹痛、腹胀缓解时间，胃肠道功能恢复时间，血淀粉酶恢复时间、住院天数 明显短于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P0.05),但病死率差异无统计学意义 (Pgt;0.05)o结论复方大承气汤能有效地控制重症胰腺炎症状，改善患者胃肠 道功能，缩短病稈。 【关键词】重症胰腺炎 大承气汤 中药 [Abstract] Objective To study via nasointestinal tube for compound Dachengqi Decoction in treatment of severe acute pancreatitis treatment. Method for the selection of Chinese medicine hospital in Jinhua city in 2008 August to 2011 October were in patients with severe acute pancreatitis in 32 patients, randomly divided into Chinese medicine group (n二 16) and control group (n二 16), control group was given the western medicine conservative treatment, Chinese medicine in western medicine conservative treatment basis, given the nasal tube into the compound Dachengqi decoction. Observation of patients with abdominal pain and bloating remission, recovery of intestinal function, serum amylase recovery time and hospital stay, mortality rate. The results of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with abdominal pain, distension group relief time, recovery time of gastrointestinal function, serum amylase recovery time, and length of hospital stay was significantly shorter than that in the control group, the differenee was statistically significant （Plt;0.05）, but the mortality rate had no significant differenee （Pgt;0.05）.
