复方斯亚旦生发酊联合复方甘草酸昔片治疗脂溢性脱发近 期临床疗效观察 刘昭昭 胡云峰刘塞君 吴实 邓列华（通讯作者） （暨南大学附属第一医院广东广州510630） 【摘要】冃的：评价复方斯亚旦生发酊联合复方甘草酸昔片治疗脂溢性脱发 近期的临床疗效；方法：将68例脂溢性脱发患者随机分为两组；复方斯亚旦生 发酊联合复方甘草酸背片组（治疗组，36例）予以复方斯亚旦生发酊外擦并按 摩，2次/天，并联合口服复方甘草酸昔片治疗，50m次，3次/天；复方斯亚旦 生发酊组（对照组，38例）予以复方斯亚旦生发酊外用。每疗程为时2个月， 共3个疗程，观察并记录临床疗效;结果:总疗程结束后，治疗组总有效率47.2%, 对照组总有效率为23.7%,其差异有统计学意义（PV0.05）；均无严重的不良反 应；结论：复方斯亚旦生发酊联合复方甘草酸昔片治疗脂溢性脫发的疗效高于单 用复方斯亚旦生发酊。 【关键词】复方斯亚旦生发酊；复方甘草酸昔片；脂溢性脱发 【中图分类号】R453 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1007-8231 （2015） 15-0077-02 The Recent Clinical Observation of Patients with Seborrheic Alopecia Treated by Compound Siyadan Tincture combined with Compound glycyrrhizin tablet LiuZhaohan, Hu Yunfeng, Liu Saijun, Wu Shi, Deng Lie hua. Departme nt of Dermatology, The First Affiliated Hospital of Ji nan University, Guangzhou 510630, Guangdong,China [Abstract] Objective To evaluate the effect of patients with Seborrheic Alopecia treated by Compound glycyrrhizin tablet combined with Compound Siyadan Tincture. Methods The total of 68 cases of patients with Seborrheic Alopecia were divided into two groups randomly,research group （36 cases） and control group （38 cases). The patients in the treatment group were po administered with Compound glycyrrhizin tablet, 50mg/time, three times daily, in addition to the Compound Siyadan Tincture, two times daily. The patients in the control group were us administered with Compound Siyadan Tincture. One course of treatment was 2 m, and two groups were treated for three courses? After treatment, the efficacy of two groups was evaluated. Results The effective rate of treatment group was 47.2%, while 23.7% in control group. There was significant statistical differenee between the two groups (P0. 05). There were no serious adverse reactions in both groups.
