毕业论文（设计） 题目 电子洁净厂房的火灾防护措施 学 号 姓 名 系 队 专业（方向） 指导教师 二○一○ 年 五 月 本科毕业论文（设计） PAGE V 摘 要 随着我国国民经济的发展、社会的进步和人民生活水平的提高，洁净厂房已广泛应用于电子、生物制药、精密仪器制造等各行各业中，由于洁净厂房在温度、相对湿度及洁净度方面的巨大优势、它的重要性也越来越多的被人们所认识和接受。 但与此同时，近几年来广东LG电子车间、山东为高集团医药高分子车间以及深圳洋华高新科技厂手机触摸屏车间等洁净厂房均发生了火灾，使人民的生命财产造成了较大的损失，其消防安全问题也成为人们关注的重点。 目前，国内洁净厂房仍属于新型建筑，许多人对医药、电子工业洁净厂房的消防设计还有许多理解和认识上的误区。 本课题研究，旨在根据洁净厂房的建筑特点和火灾危害性，例如洁净厂房因其生产工艺需要，建筑本身跨度大，内部仪器精度高，因此对固定灭火设施的要求高，且要求灭火后不能造成二次污染等特点，结合目前常用的固定灭火设施的适用性及其特点，为洁净厂房早期火灾扑救和安全疏散难的问题提出解决方案。文章主要分析了洁净厂房的内部特征、火灾特点以及可能引发火灾的因素，并以此为据，对火灾探测系统、水系统、气体系统以及防排烟系统进行适用性分析，从而提出固定灭火设施设置方式。 关键词： 电子洁净厂房；火灾；洁净室；防排烟  Abstract Along with the development of our nature economy, the progress of the society and the improvement of peoples living standard, clean workshop has been widely used in electronics, biology pharmacy, precision instrument manufacture industries, due to clean workshop in temperature, relative humidity and cleanliness of the importance of a huge advantage, it is increasingly being recognized and accepted.
