中医护理方案在消渴病中运用的护理效果评价分析 摘要：目的：通过对消渴病的中护理方案运用护理效果评价分析，挖掘中医护理方案优势，增进病人的依从性，减少并发症的发展。方法：通过对2014年09月至2015年06月收治的30例消渴病进行中医护理方案，采取中医护理辩证施护，应用中医护理技术，护理效果评价与分析，结果：开展辨证施护、实施中医护理技术和中医个体化健康指导，70%以上的患者认为中医护理配合治疗对改善糖尿病的主要不适症状有良好的效果。结论：通过实施《消渴病的中护理方案》的过程，规范使用中医专科护理标准，加强了护患沟通，观察病情更加及时、细致，健康教育更加专业、统一，使患者感到护理人员具有良好的工作态度和职业素养及丰富的专业知识，从而赢得了患者的信任；对于提高年轻护理人员的业务素质和中医临床护理服务能力具有重要的指导意义。 关键词：中医护理方案 消渴病 护理效果 The doctor of traditional Chinese medicine nursing plan using the nursing effect of evaluation in the collateral The second hospital of traditional Chinese medicine, zip code 613000 in sichuan province ； Abstract: objective: through to the root of dm in the nursing care plan using the nursing effect evaluation analysis, mining of traditional Chinese medicine nursing plan advantage, improve patient compliance, reduce the complications.
