心血管内科急性心绞痛治疗的临床分析胡雪松 黑龙江省海伦市红光农场医院 黑龙江海伦市152343 【摘 要】目的：木文通过对在木院进行治疗的心血管内科急性心绞痛患者病情 以及治疗效果的统计和研究，寻求最为合理有效的临床治疗方法，为患者治疗疾 病，同时促进医学事业的发展。方法：选取在木院心血管内科收治的急性心绞痛 患者80例，随机均分为2组（n=40）o对照组患者采取常规临床治疗，而观察组 患者在常规治疗基础上加用氯毗格雷药物治疗。对2组心血管内科急性心绞痛患 者的临床疗效进行差异统计和分析比较。结果：在进行一段时间的治疗后，两组 急性心绞痛患者均有一定临床疗效，但是治疗效果却不相同，其中观察组中急性 心绞痛患者治疗总有效率82.00%,明显高于对照组疾病治疗总有效率62.00%, 差异有统计学意义（PV0.05）。结论：从两组患者的临床治疗效果的对比情况中 可以看出，对急性心绞痛患者采取常规临床治疗方式加用氯毗格雷药物治疗，能 有效提高患者的疾病临床治疗有效率，有积极临床意义。 【关键词】心血管；心绞痛；临床分析 Clinical Analysis of Treatment of Acute Angina Pectoris in Cardiovascular Diseases n Abstract： Objective： To find out the most reas on able and effective clin ical treatme nt method for treating patients with acute angina pectoris of cardiovascular disease and the curative effect and to promote the development of medical cause by means of statistic and research on the treatment of acute angina pectoris in our hospital.Methods： Eighty patients with acute angina pectoris admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups （n 二 40） .The patients in the control group were treated with routine clinical treatment, while the patients in the observation group were treated with clopidogrel on the basis of routine therapy.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients with acute angina pectoris was compared and analyzed.Results： After treatment for a period of time, the two groups of patients with acute angina have a certain clinical efficacy, but the treatment effect is not the same, which observed in patients with acute angina pectoris total effective rate of 82.00%，significantly higher than the control group The effective rate was 62.00%, the d iff ere nee was statistically sign ifica nt (P lt;0.05) .Conclusion： From the comparison of the clinical effect of the two groups of patients, it can be seen that the routine clinical treatment of patients with acute angina pectoris plus clopidogrel plus clopidogrel can improve the efficiency of clinical treatment of patients with acute angina pectoris, and have
