心理护理对脑梗死患者的临床效果探究 洪群花 (苏州工业园区娄葫医院斜塘分院 江苏苏州215123) 【摘要】目的 探讨心理护理对脑梗死患者的临床效果。方法 选取我院从 2012年11月到2013年5月所收取的80例脑梗死患者，将其随机平均分为观察 组和对照组，观察组的40例患者和对照组的40例患者常规治疗与护理，在此基 础上，观察组患者给予早期心理护理，比较两组患者的治疗护理效果。结果 观 察组患者中，基木治愈患者28例(70%),有效患者10例(25%),无效的患者2例(5%), 总有效率是95%。对照组患者中，基木治愈患者19例(47.5%),有效患者9例(22.5%), 无效患者12例(30%),总有效率是70%o观察组患者的治疗总有效率要明显高于 对照组，其差异存在着统计学差异(P lt;0.05)o结论 对脑梗死患者给予心理护理，可以排除患者的不良心理， 使得患者正确面对疾病，积极配合治疗，尽早回归社会，心理护理对脑梗死患者 的康复具有重要意义。 【关键词】心理护理 脑梗死 临床效果 【中图分类号】R473.5 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752 (2014) 09-0043-02 To study the clinical effect of psychological nursing on patients with cerebral infarctio n HONG Qun-hua (Xie tang Branch of Lou feng Hospital, Suzhou Industrial Park, Suzhou 215123, China.) [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of psychological nursing on patients with cerebral infarction.
