摘 要 随着经济全球化的不断发展，跨国直接投资在世界经济发展中的地位和作用越来越显得重要。世界各个国家包括发达国家在内，积极制定有力的政策措施来吸引跨国直接投资，以促进本国本地区经济的持续发展。经济全球化正在改变国际经济分工的格局,这使得各国政府越来越重视在国际市场范围内配置生产资源。只有积极地参与国际分工 ,主动实施“走出去”战略, 积极开展对外直接投资，从全球范围内考虑资源配置和经济发展空间、开拓和利用市场,才能抓住经济全球化所提供的历史机遇,促进本国的经济发展,即只有企业积极主动地参与国际市场的竞争,才有利于在世界范围内提高企业的竞争力,使企业真正融入经济全球化的潮流之中。本文主要从我国企业跨国投资的目的和意义，现状，模式选择以及存在的问题和建议来分析和阐述。 关键词：跨国投资 模式选择 对外直接投资 “走出去”战略 Abstract As economic globalization constantly moves into depth, transnational direct investment is playing an increasingly important role and holding an ever prominent position in the development of world economy. One after another, all countries including the developed ones have formulated effective policy measures to attract FDI so as to promote sustainable progress of their respective economy. The globalization of economic is changing the pattern of international economic division, making the governments paying more and more attentions to the production resources configuration in the international market. The only way is to join the international division of labor active, implementing the strategy of going out, and doing foreign direct investment. To thinking about the resource configuration in the international market and the future economic development, trying to develop and use the market is the only way to seize the opportunity provided by the globalization of economic, and improve the economic development of our country, which means it could raise the competitiveness in the international market only if the firms being participate in the competition in the international market, and being a real part of the global economic. This paper can be divided into several parts, purposes, meanings, modern situations, model selection and the existing problems and suggestions. Keywords：Transnational investment Mode selection FDI going out strategy 1 绪论 自改革开放以来,中国的经济迅速发展,经济质量不断增强,综合国力也不断提高,但中国经济在高速发展的同时也面临着产能过剩、国内需求不足以及产业结构失衡等问题。另外,我国目前已经成为全球成熟技术传统产业的主要基地,形成了出口型经济发展模式,这导致了我国经济对国外市场的依赖,容易受到国际经济波动的影响。而这些问题仅
