Story time
一、教学目标
1. 能听懂、会说、会读单词:art room, classroom, computer room, library, music room, playground。
2. 能听懂、会说、会读句型:show…around? How many…are there…? Is there a / an…? Yes, there is. No, there isn’t. Are there any…? Yes, there are. No, there aren’t.
3. 能正确朗读、理解、表演课文。
二、教学重难点
1. 能掌握There be句型的一般疑问、特殊疑问句及其回答。
2. 能灵活运用所学知识,用英语介绍自己的学校。
三、教学准备
PPT,活动任务单,功能室图片,句型卡片。
四、教学过程
Step 1 Pre-reading
1. Listen to a song
(课前循环播放歌曲,让学生熟悉歌曲)
2. Greeting
3. 展示图片奖品。
T: Boys and girls, please look! There are many beautiful pictures in my hand. Are they beautiful? Do you want to get? If you do well, you can get one. Come on!
4. Class rules
Boys and girls, here are the class rules. You should…Do you understand?
5. Try to sing
T: Just now, we listened to a song before class. Is this song nice? Now let’s listen again. If you can sing, please try to follow it. After that, please try to answer “What’s in the classroom?”
6. Try to say
A: What’s in the classroom?
B: There is /are…
(第一个学生的图片奖励一定要到位。五、六个学生回答之后,教师追问Do you remember, in this song, is there a TV in the classroom? Are there any pictures in the classroom? How many pictures are there in the classroom?)
7. 板书新授句型
A: Is there a / an…?
B: Yes. There is. / No. there isn’t.
A: Are there any…?
B: Yes, there are. / No, there aren’t.
(Pay attention to this , this is a general question, so we use rising tone.)
A: How many…are there…?
B: There is / are… (This is a special question, so we should use falling tone.)
8. Try to ask and answer(两人一组,一问一答)
T: Good! Now boys and girls, please look at our classroom. It’s big and bright. What’s in our classroom? I ask, you answer.
A: Is there a / an…?
B: Yes. There is. / No. there isn’t.
A: Are there any…?
B: Yes, there are. / No, there aren’t.
A: How many…are there…?
B: There is / are…
Good. Who can ask me? Is there…? Are there…? How many…? You, please.
学生问,老师答。
S1: Is there a toy car in the classroom?
T: Is there a light in the classroom?
S1: Are there any teachers in the classroom?
