Hereafter, our company will be liable for the compensation responsibility in accordance with law if the products, components and materials provided by our company to XX, after they are test by XX or its clients, or by the third party laboratory (such as SGS and CTI), fail to meet the standard of XX and the requirements of other hazardous substance control. This guarantee has been having legal force to our company and its successors; It shall survive by any change of ownership or the resignation of the undersigned. The guarantee is written in both Chinese and English. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between these two versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
