大学英语I教学大纲 学时：56 学分：3 一、课程简介 大学英语教学是高等教育的一个有机组成部分。它是以英语语言知识与应用技能、学习策略和跨文化交际为主要内容，以外语教学理论为指导，以遵循语言教学和语言习得的客观规律为前提，集多种教学模式和教学手段为一体的教学体系。 二、课程的类别、作用和目标 本课程是英语以外所有本科专业的通识教育必修课。大学英语的教学目标是帮助学生打下较扎实的语言基础，掌握良好的语言学习方法，增强自主学习能力，提高综合文化素养，使学生们具有较强的英语综合应用能力，特别是听说能力，能用英语有效地进行口头和书面的信息交流，以适应社会发展、经济建设和国际交流的需要。《大学英语I》是大学英语系列课程中的第一部分，它是连接高中阶段英语课程和本科阶段英语课程的桥梁，它使学生逐步适应大学英语的更高要求和难度，同时又是对高中阶段课程的巩固和加强。 考核方式：考试。 三、本课程与其他课程的关系 本课程是连接高中英语课程和本科英语课程的桥梁，在丰富高中英语课程词汇的同时，巩固和加强了高中阶段学生们已经掌握的英语语法知识。本课程也为大学英语系列课程的后几部分打下基础，是学生提高英语综合能力，特别是听说能力的基石。本课程主要集中在读写能力的培养上，而《英语听说》课程主要针对听和说的能力培养，这两门课程相辅相成，共同促进学生英语综合能力的提高。 四、课程内容 1.理论教学内容： 本课程主要内容为《新视野大学英语读写教程1》的前八个单元的A课文，B课文为学生自主学习的部分。每单元的课文分为词汇讲解、课文难点分析和课后习题讲解三个部分。 Unit 1 Section A Learning a Foreign Language 了解：Cultural Background: Have a general idea about the education system in the U.S. 掌握：Grammar Structure: Clauses and sentence structure 掌握：Vocabulary: Reward, junior, positive, senior, former, unlike, medium, access, commitment, insight 掌握：Phrases and Expressions: Be worth (doing) sth. , get, have, obtain access to, keep up with, feel like (doing) sth. , come across, now that, instead of 理解：Difficult points: Unlike vs. dislike Insight vs. sight Spend, cost and take Now that I speak a foreign language, instead of staring into space when English is being spoken, I can participate and make friends.
