Scope: This system is applied to 177 Tetra options that included 63 tasks, 76 master files and 38 housekeeping options. Users who second time made a same mistake, the disciplinary scores will be doubled over the first time; 3rd time made a same mistake, the disciplinary scores will be 3 times over the first time, and so forth.
