我国中药材出口贸易的竞争力及发展趋势分析 摘要 我国地大物博，物产资源丰，天然药物资源在世界上的占有量也名列前茅，改革开放以后我国加入了世界贸易组织，也因此中药贸易产业方面取得了巨大的发展。而我国作为中药贸易的大国，存在有许多的问题，出口结构以及标准化质量问题、拥有专利权的太少以及西药的影响和贸易壁垒的阻碍，导致我国现阶段在此产业上发展速度迟缓，仍有很大的进步空间。随后国务院制订了未来15年的发展战略，扶持中医药文化交流等促进中药的发展，但面“洋中药”对中国中药市场的冲击，中西方文化差异，贸易壁垒和WTO的严格限制以及竞争对手日益强大等严峻的问题，我们必须实现中药现代化生产，推动中药国际化加大中药产业资本投资，加强知识产权管理，克服贸易壁垒以及文化差异，来重现中国中药传统文化的辉煌。 关键字：中药出口贸易；机遇与挑战；现代化生产；贸易壁垒与文化差异；创新与知识产权 Analysis on competitiveness and development trendof Chinese herbal medicine export trade ABSTRACT China is a vast land, abundant resources are rich, natural medicine resources inthe world share is also among the best, after the reform and opening up in Chinajoined the world trade organization, so traditional Chinese medicine trade industryachieved great development. And Chinas traditional Chinese medicine trade as a bigcountry, there are many problems, export structure and standardization of qualityproblems, have patent too little and the western medicine and the influence of tradebarriers impede, lead to the our country present stage in this industry developmentspeed is slow, there is still great space stepping.
