PAGE PAGE 1 摘 要 随着工业自动化的不断发展，水处理设备电气控制系统的应用越来越广，其中基于plc的控制系统应用最为广泛。本次系统设计，本系统针对染厂的工业环境，设计了自动注料和废料处理系统，旨在提高液体处理效率，减少人为操作失误。水处理设备电气控制系统，在工业生产中有着很重要的地位，目前处于改革升级，日趋成熟的阶段，有着非常广阔的前景。 首先本系统基于plc对系统进行总体设计:通过查阅资料和生产实习，了解工业环境，进行设备采样以及plc系统学习;分别分析注料系统和废料处理系统的功能，分配I/O地址，制作CAD流程图，进行硬件和软件的配置;由于环境因素的限制，本系统无法进行现场设备调试，而是通过V4.0 STEP 7 MicroWIN SP9进行编程监控，利用S7_200汉化版仿真软件进行模拟。通过仿真及调试完善系统，最终完成系统的设计。该系统实现多种液体助剂自动注料，废料智能处理以及报警功能。 关键词：PLC； 水处理； 电气控制； 注料系统； 废料处理  Abstract With the continuous development of industrial automation, the electric control system of water treatment equipment is used more and more widely, among which the PLC based control system is the most widely used. In order to improve the efficiency of liquid treatment and reduce the human error, we designed the automatic feeding and waste disposal system for the industrial environment of dyeing factory. The electric control system of water treatment equipment plays an important role in the industrial production. It is now in the stage of reform and upgrading and becoming more and more mature. It has a very broad prospect. First we PLC based on the overall design of the system: through access to information and production practice, understand the industry environment, equipment sampling and PLC system of learning; feeding system and waste disposal system function analysis, allocation of I/O address, CAD production flow chart, hardware and software configuration; due to environmental factors we cannot, on-site debugging equipment, only through V4.0 STEP 7 MicroWIN SP9 programming control, were simulated using the S7_200 simulation software version. Finally, a set of multi feed mixing system and intelligent alarm waste disposal system are obtained.
