PAGE PAGE 20 广西与东盟旅游合作研究 摘 要 中国—东盟自由贸易区的逐步建立以及中国-东盟博览会永久落户南宁，广西的旅游业迎来了崭新的国际发展空间。凭借广西与东盟各国丰富的旅游资源以及广西独特的区位优势和发达的交通网络，双方开展国际旅游合作具有巨大的合作空间及发展前景。广西近几年的旅游收入及占GDP的比例，显示了广西旅游业导游广西-东盟经济合作的广阔前景。在分析了广西与东盟旅游合作的现状的基础上，提出了广西与东盟应在旅游交通方面加强合作，构建广西与东盟的全方位的海陆空立体交通体系；在旅游机构方面加强合作，开发新的旅游资源及旅游线路，简化旅游签证手续，加强旅行社、交通运输企业、酒店及景区的对接；在旅游人力资源开发加强交流和合作，加强双方外语人才及旅游业员工的培训，多举办些关于广西与东盟旅游合作的学术交流活动。加强旅游合作，将进一步推进广西与东盟其他产业的合作，促进广西与东盟各国的经济发展，实现中国—东盟自由贸易区的繁荣与发展。 关键词：广西，东盟，旅游合作 The Study of Guangxi and ASEAN’s Cooperation in Tourism ABSTRACT The successive establish of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area and the Sino-ASEAN Expro settled in Nanning, provide GuangXi the new international developing space. Because of GuangXi and the ASEAN’s abundant tourist resources, the particular geographical superiority and prominent traffic network, GuangXi and the ASEAN’s cooperation in tourism has expansive cooperation space and great prospect. The incomes of GuangXi’s tourism and the percent it took in GDP the years, showed that GuangXi’s tourism would guide the development of GuangXi and the ASEAN’s economic cooperation. In the base of studying the actuality of GuangXi and the ASEAN’s cooperation in tourism, put forward some advice: GuangXi and the ASEAN should strengthen the cooperation in traffic, establish GuangXi and the ASEAN’s traffic network; the cooperation in tourism enterprises, develop new tourist resources and new lines, enhance the cooperation between travel agencies, traffic companies, hotels and the beauty spots; the cooperation in exploitation of human resources, enhance the trainings to the employees and foreign guides, conduct some more scholarly communication activities about GuangXi and the ASEAN’s cooperation in tourism. And these cooperation will promote GuangXi and the ASEAN’s cooperation in other fields and achieve the co-prosperity of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area.
