精品资料欢迎阅读 精品资料欢迎阅读 PAGE PAGE # 心理护理与健康教育对冠心病心绞痛患者临床治疗效果影响 【摘要】目的：探究心理护理与健康教育对冠心病心绞痛患者临床 治疗效果的影响。方法：搜集20xx年6月至20xx年6月在本院收治 的72例冠心病心绞痛患者作为本次研究对象，研究对象及家属均知 情同意，并获得了伦理委员会的批准。按就诊的前后顺序分为对照组 (传统护理模式)及观察组(心理护理联合健康教育护理模式) ，每 组均分为36例，观察及比较两组冠心病心绞痛患者经护理干预后的 临床效果。结果：观察组冠心病心绞痛患者经护理干预后的临床总有 效率为34( 94.44%)，显著优于对照组的临床总有效率为 29( 80.55%), 两组进行比较，存在差异显著，(x 2=4.623 , PV0.05),具备统计学 意义；观察组冠心病心绞痛患者经护理干预后的临床总满意度为 35 (97.22%),明显高于对照组冠心病心绞痛患者的临床总满意度为 27 (75.00%),组间进行对比，存在差异显著，(x 2=7.356 , P0.05), 具有统计学意义。结论：针对冠心病心绞痛患者而言，实施心理护理 与健康教育护理模式获得的临床效果显著，值得临床推广。 【关键词】 心理护理；健康教育；冠心病心绞痛；临床效果；影响 Effect of psychological nursing and health educati on on 精品资料欢迎阅读 精品资料欢迎阅读 PAGE PAGE # cli nical treatme nt of cor onary heart disease patie nts with angina pectoris Song Xia Department of Community Bed , First Peoples Hospital of Jining City , Jining , Shandong 272000 [Abstract] Objective : To explore the effect of psychological nursing and health education on the clinical treatment of angina pectoris patients with coronary heart disease.Methods : From June 20xx to June 20xx, 72 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in our hospital were collected as subjects.The subjects and their families were in formed and approved by the ethics committee.Patie nts with angina pectoris were divided into control group (traditional nursing model) and observation group (psychological nursing combined with health education nursing model) according to the order of visit in g.Each group was divided into 36 cases.The cli nical effects of nursing in terve nti on were observed and compared between the two groups.Results : The total clinical effective rate of patie nts with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in the observation group was 34 (94.44%) after nursing in terve nti on , which was sig ni fica ntly better tha n that of the control group 29 (80.55%) .
