毕业设计说明书 课题名称：铁路车辆检修制度修成和工艺 专 业 系 　轨道交通系 班 级 铁运101 学生姓名 方　枘 指导老师 左继红 完成日期 .12 摘要 在铁路面临高速发展今天，货运量快速增加，要求其运载工具——铁路货车车辆，必需保持正常技术质量状态所以，对车辆进行立即、可靠维修工作是很必需“安全第一、预防为主，以质量保安全”车辆检修工作在铁路运输中占有很关键地位，它对于铁路运输工作连续正常进行含有重大意义中国现行铁路货车车辆检修制度，它对于确保车辆安全运行起到了一定主动作用，但也日益暴露出很多弊端，维修不足和过剩维修现象大量存在，严重地影响了铁路运输效率和效益，所以，铁路货车车辆检修制度改革势在必行。 论文在进行广泛调研、搜集大量资料，利用技术经济分析方法，分析比较了中国外铁路货车车辆检修制度发展及现实状况，经过研究检修制度相关组成原因检修标准、依据、修理方法等，从定量角度深入确定了车辆厂、段修周期制订依据，从而逐步延长车辆检修周期，实现由计划预防修向状态修转变并从经济性角度研究了车辆检修制度中相关问题，关键研究了车辆经济使用寿命问题，最终，提出了完善铁路货车车辆检修制度设想。 本文提议中国铁路货车车辆检修制度改革应从实际情况出发，借鉴国外优异经验，以可靠性、计划性、经济性为基础标准，逐步向状态修转变，要“统筹计划、分步实施、主动试点”。 关键词 铁路车辆；检修制度；车辆寿命； Abstract Nowadays the railway has a high speed development,the mushrooming passenger capacity and cargo carrying capacity require the means of delivery,railway vehicles,to keep the state of natural technique quality.Therefore its very necessary to maintain the vehicles reliably and in time. The vehicles maintain that follows security fast,giving priority to prevention and ensuring safety with high quality,holds the very important status in the railway transportation. It has great nonsignificance to the continuous and natural circulation of railway transportation.The railway vehicles maintain system actress is the system giving priority to plan and prevent maintain,which have definite active effect to guarantee the safe circulation of vehicles.But on the other hand,much defect has been revealed increasingly,there is a large numbers of phenomenon of lack of maintain and abundant maintain.The problem has badly affected the running efficiency and benefits,so its imperative under the situation to reform the vehicles maintain system.
