摘要 随着社会经济的发展，筹资对一个企业的生存产生了非常重要的影 响，一个企业需要生存就必定离不开资金，而资金的筹集对企业来说非 常重要。本文首先通过收集数据对各企业的筹资偏好现状进行了解，对 企业的筹资偏好问题进行研究，主要在于解决企业在筹集资金的过程中 所需要面临的筹资困难的问题，帮助企业了解如何能够选择适合企业自 身的筹资组合方式，怎样的组合方式才能降低筹资成本。然后从客观的 角度分析这些可能面临的问题，提出自己的看法和解决措施。 关键词 ：筹资，筹资偏好，筹资组合方式，资本结构 , 资本市场 Abstract With the development of society and economy, the financing of an enterprises survival had a very important influence, an enterprise needs existence will surely, cannot do without money, but funding is very important for enterprises. By analyzing the current situation of financing preference problem on the enterprise, conducts the research to the financing preference problem, mainly aimed at solving the financing difficulties faced in the process of enterprise needs to raise funds in the problems, help enterprises to understand how to financing mix mode choice suitable for enterprise, combination of how to reduce the cost of financing.
