提升中原文化影响力问题研究 摘 要：作为地域文化重要分支的中原文化在当代所产生的吸引力、影响力、同化力和感召力已经成为河南文化“软实力”的主要表现形式。然而，中原文化的国际影响力与竞争力还不强，这与中原文化本身的巨大魅力与资源，以及与中原经济区建设的国家战略地位是不相称的，是与应该保持并加强文化多元、人类走向和谐的大势不相符合的。要积极营造外部环境，加强中原文化的宣传力度；要加快网络建设，增强中原文化的交流质量；要发挥品牌效应，扩大中原文化的贸易空间；要整合社会资源，提高中原文化的传播能力，助推中原经济区的全面发展。 关键词：中原文化 交流 传播 影响力 中图分类号：G127文献标识码：A Enhance the Influence of the Central Plains Culture Studies LI Juan (Henan Academy of Social Sciences Henan?Zhengzhou 450052 ) Abstract: As an important branch of the Central Plains regional culture in the contemporary culture of the attraction, influence, power and appeal of assimilation has become the Henan cultural soft power of the main manifestations. Key words: Central Plains culture; Exchange; Spread; Influence 河南省“十二五”规划纲要明确指出：“提升中原文化影响力。深入挖掘和弘扬中原文化兼容并蓄、刚柔相济、革故鼎新、生生不息的深厚底蕴，发挥文化遗产丰富的优势，突出根文化、姓氏文化、汉字文化等中原文化的传承弘扬，办好黄帝故里拜祖大典活动，通过市场化融资、产业化运作模式，实施黄帝故里文化园等重大文化项目建设，支持中华根亲圣地建设，打造以‘根文化’为重点的中原文化品牌。”同时，构建“华夏历史文明重要传承区”也成为中原经济区建设四个战略定位之一。因此，加强文化的传播与交流，展示中原文化之精髓与魅力，使中原文化能够被国际和国内其他地域所认知与接受，同化和感召公众的思想和行为，这不仅是河南文化转化为“软实力”的基本表现，也是中华文化优秀文明传承的现实要求，提升中原文化影响力战略应该势在必行。
