浅析当前中国记者素养存在的问题及解决方法 中文系 指导教师 摘要 随着社会主义市场经济的发展，知识经济时代的到来，新闻界得到了蓬勃的 发展。与此同时，担当着传播新闻任务的记者在新闻传播过程中出现了很多职业 素养缺失的问题。这些问题主要表现为新闻记者社会责任意识缺失、职业道德的 缺失、知识结构的不完善、新闻记者人文关怀精神的缺失、滥用职权进行媒介审 判这五个方面。其原因主要是：媒体竞争激烈、经济利益的驱使、新闻行业相关 法治建设的不完善、行业管理存在漏洞、新闻记者专业训练有待提升等几个方面。 针对这些问题，笔者认为可以通过建立新闻批评体系、培养记者的道德素养、加 强新闻记者职业素养的教育、建立惩处和制约机制这些措施进行解决。 关键词：新闻记者；职业素养；解决方法 Analysis problems on the current Chinese reporterliteracy and Provide Solutions ABSTRACT With the developme nt of the socialist market economy, the kno wledge economy era, the press has been vigorous development. At the same time, play with the task of dissem in ati on of n ews reporters in the n ews dissem in ati on process, the problem of lack of professionalism, these problems are mainly the lack of awareness of social resp on sibility of jour nalists, lack of professi onal ethics, kno wledge structure, imperfect, journalists the absence of the spirit of humane care, abuse of power in these five areas of the media trial. The main reason is: the highly competitive media, driven by economic interests, the news industry rule of law is imperfect, industry management there are loopholes in the professional training of journalists to be upgrading. To solve these problems, the reporter asked to establish the system of press criticism, develop the moral qualities of the reporter, to stre ngthe n the professio nalism of journalists educati on, the establishme nt of several aspects such as puni shme nt and restrict ion mecha nism to resolve the issue.
