Since the eighties of the 20th century； the international financial market has demonstrated the characteristics of melting, pluralism, integrating, and liberalization. The three main sections of financial services such as commercial bank, investment bank and insurance business show the trend of integration ? Since 1999 ? The trend of integration of bank and assurance has begun in China. At present, according to. relevant financial regulations， the financial circle of China is operated separately and administered separately. In the contexts of further globalization and integration of financial services, the competition between the banking and insurance sectors has become increasingly intensified worldwide.
