临床药师干预在胸外科手术抗生素应用中的效果分析 [ 摘要 ] 目的 探讨临床药师干预对胸外科手术抗菌药 物的应用效果。 方法 自 2013 年 1 月起，本院派临床药师 对胸外科围术期抗菌药物应用情况进行干预。 随机选取 2012 年1月?2013年1月在本院胸外科接受手术治疗的 200例患 者作为对照组，选取 2013年2月?2014年2月的200例病 例作为干预组。根据抗菌药物合理应用的评价标准，比较两 组手术患者抗菌药物应用品种及比例、用药疗程、抗菌药物 合理性以及抗菌药物占药品总费用情况。 结果 与对照组相 比，干预组I类切口手术预防性应用抗菌药物应用率明显下 降，由 65. 1 7%降至 35.48% ，差异有统计学意义（ P0.05）； 抗菌药物预防性应用不合理例数由 61 例（占 36.09%）降至 23 例（占 16.43%），抗菌药物费用占药品总费用的比例由 1 5.56%降至 10.59%，降幅为 4.97%。 结论 临床药师干预胸 外科手术患者应用抗生素可有效规范预防性应用抗菌药物， 提高用药合理性，对减轻患者负担以及减缓和降低细菌耐药 性的发生有重大意义。 [ 关键词 ] 药师干预；胸外科手术；抗菌药物 [中图分类号 ] R978.1 [文献标识码 ] A [文章编号 ] 1674-4721（2015）07（b）-0175-04 [Abstract] Objective To explore the effect clinical of pharmacist intervention on the application of antibacterial drugs in thoracic surgery. Methods From January 2013 ， our hospital dispatched clinical pharmacists to carry out intervention on application of antibacterial drugs during the perioperation thoracic surgery.200 patients who received surgical treatment in the thoracic department in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013 were randomly selected as control group ，and 200 patients receiving thoracic surgery from February 2013 to February 2014 were selected as intervention group.According to the appropriate application evaluating criteria of antibacterial drugs， antibacterial drug application types and proportion ， course of drug treatment ， rationality of antibacterial drugs and proportion of antibacterial drugs in the total drug expenses was compared between two groups. Results Compared with the control group ， application rate of preventive antibacterial drugs in type I incision surgery in the intervention group significantly reduced from 65.17% to 35.48% ， the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.Number of inappropriate cases in the preventive application of antibacterial drugs decreased from 61 cases（ 36.09%） to 23 cases （16.43%）.Proportion of expenses of antibacterial drugs in the total drug expenses reduced from 15.56% to 10.59% ， with the degree of reduction
