临床药学对抑郁症患者服药依从性干预的有效性 摘要：目的对我院的抑郁症患者进行调查，分析服药依 从性对临床抑郁症患者的治疗影响。方法选取我院 200 例抑 郁症患者，随机分为两组并进行编号。1?100号患者为药学 组，101?200号为对照组。药学组运用药物治疗和服药干预， 而对照组仅仅进行药物治疗。通过对比这两组患者在诊断前、 诊断期间，以及复诊后 6 个月和 1 年期间的患者病情，来研 究抑郁症患者服药依存性干预的有效性。并研究不同文化程 度、年龄、性别等其它因素的影响。结果忽略患者在就诊之 前的服药干预（P0.05）。药学组的服药性依存性由于服药干 预高于对照组。药学组在诊断期间，尤其是复诊 1 年后的复 发率明显低于对照组，（PV0.05）。结论抑郁症的服药依存性 与患者的康复有关，服药依存性越高对改善患者病情越有帮 助，治疗效果越好。 关键词：临床药学；抑郁症患者；药学干预；有效性 Effectiveness of Clinical Pharmacy in the Treatment of Patients with Depression LIU Juan （ Fushun County Peoples Hospital ， Zigong 643200， Sichuan， China) Abstract ： Objective To investigate the depression patients in our hospital ， analyze medication compliance on the treatment of patients with clinical depression.Methods Choose 200 patients with depression patients ， randomly divided into two groups and numbered.No. 1-100 patients for pharmaceutical group ， 100-200 as the control group.Pharmaceutical group using drug therapy and drug intervention ， while the control group only for medication.By comparing the two groups of patients before diagnosis ， diagnosis，and visit the second half and year of the patients ，to study the depression medication dependence the effectiveness of the intervention.And study the degree of culture ， the influence of other factors such as age ， gender.Results ignore patients in clinic medicine before intervention （P0.05） .Pharmaceutical group of drug dependence due to drug intervention is higher than the control group.Pharmaceutical group during the diagnosis ， especially after a year of follow-up recurrence rate significantly lower than the control group ，（ P0.05）.Conclusion The drug dependence is associated with the patients rehabilitation of depression ， drug dependence ， the higher the more help to improve the patient condition and treatment effect is better.
