摘要改革开放以来，我国大陆范围内的非政府组织数量开始持续增多，为我国的的社会主义建设提供了十 分巨大的发展机遇。但同时，境外非政府组织的发展也为我国经济社会的稳定发展提出了更多的挑战，此 类跨越文化的交流形式，对于我国的非传统安全而言，具有十分重要的影响。鉴于此,文中首先进行了相关 理论的概述，包括非政府组织、x 与非传统安全、公共危机理论。其次，就在华境外非政府组织对我国非 传统安全产生的消极影响进行了分析，包括国家主权安全、基层政权安全、意识形态安全、环境卫生安全、 社会舆论安全。再次，进行了国外对于国内境外非政府组织对于非传统安全的案例分析，主要列举了俄罗 斯和印度两个国家。最后，国外消除境外非政府组织对非传统安全负面影响对于我国政策制定的启发及建 议，包括针对境外非政府组织在华活动进行正确的引导处理、围绕在华境外非政府组织问题健全现有法律 法规、提升政府监督力度并积极在境内推行多样化管理等，旨在保证 x 稳定发展。 关键词：境外非政府组织；非传统安全；国家主权；管理机制 Research on the impact of ngos on non-traditional security in China Abstract Since the reform and opening up, the number of ngos in mainland China has been increasing continuously, which has provided great development opportunities for the socialist construction in our country.
