新方向高压开关有限公司经营状况调查研究 【摘要】本文以山东新方向高压开关有限公司经营状况为研究对象，简要介绍了该公司的基本情况，并以 对其经营现状的具体了解为基础，对其经营状况进行了分析。通过分析，提出了企业的自主创新不足，“家族 制”影响严重，品牌自身的知名度低，销售渠道较窄，财务管理方面出现混乱无序现象，人力资源管理欠缺规 范等存在的问题。论文同时分析了产生这些问题的原因，并从产品生产、财务、内部管理、销售、人事管理、 安全标准等方面入手，提出相应的建议与对策，主要包括扩大企业规模、建立现代企业制度、开展技术创新、 扩建新型生产基地、组织营销、创建品牌、完善财务制度等方面。希望能够为改善公司的经营状况和提高公司 的市场竞争力提供有益的借鉴和指导。 【关键词】公司；经营状况；问题；原因；对策 The Investigation in the Operating Conditions of Shandong NewDdirection of High Voltage Switch Limited Company 【Abstract 】This thesis makes Shandong New Direction of High Voltage Switch Limited Company as the object of research and introduces briefly the company’s basic situation. It also carries on the analysis operating conditions based on its present concrete understanding of its operation. According to the analysis, I find out some problems of the independent innovation, traditional management, the unfamous brand, narrow sales channels, the chaos financial management, unperfect human resources management. At the same time, it analyzes reasons of these problems and makes some corresponding suggestions in the aspects of production, finance, internal management, sales, personnel management, safety standards and so on.
