免费医学生学风建设存在问题及对策探讨 摘要：目的：了解农村订单定向医学生（又称“免费医学生”）的个人和家庭的基本情况、对相关政策法规的了解、学习状况、职业规划等内容，从学生的角度分析免费医学生培养的现状，找出免费医学生培养中存在的问题，为我校更好的开展免费医学生培养提出一些可参考的建议。方法：对200名免费医学生进行问卷调查。结果：我校免费医学生对相关政策了解欠缺，部门同学存在学习倦怠感，且很大一部分免费医学生基本没有长期、终身服务于农村医疗卫生事业的信念，部分学生的职业生涯规划还比较模糊，绝大部分人还没有明确目标。对策：学校在培养的过程中，应加强政策解读、职业规划等多方面的努力，来为免费医学生的成长创造良好的环境和氛围。 关键词：农村订单定向医学生 培养 学习动力 Abstract: Objective: To study the rural order orientation of village-oriented medical students (also named as “tuition-free medical students”)basic information of the individual and family, understanding of relevant policies and regulations, the study status, career planning, etc, from the perspective of village-oriented medical students, analy the current situation of village-oriented medical students, find out the problems existing in the village-oriented medical students to cultivate free, to better carry out village-oriented medical students in our school culture put forward some Suggestions for reference.Method:200 village-oriented medical students were investigated by questionnaires.Result:Village-oriented medical students know the related policy, some students are learning burnout, and a large part of the basic no long-term, village-oriented medical students life-long service in the rural medical and health undertakings, career planning is relatively vague, most people have not clear objectives.Countermeasures: In the process of training, school should strengthen the policy interpretation, career planning, etc. Various efforts, to the growth of village-oriented medical students to create a good environment and atmosphere. Key words: Village-oriented medical students;Train;Motivation of learning 为解决贫困地区农村医疗人才缺乏问题，根据《以全科医生为重点的基层医疗卫生队伍建设规划》文件精神，国家发展改革委、卫生部、教育部等六部委联合印发《关于开展农村订单定向医学生免费培养工作的实施意见。从2010 年起，我国将在高等医学院校开展农村订单定向医学生（又称“免费医学生”）的培养工作，为中西部地区乡镇卫生院培养从事全科医疗的卫生人才。农村订单定向医学生主要招收农村生源，须与培养学校和当地县级卫生行政部门签署定向就业协议，毕业后须按协议到基层医疗卫生机构服务6 年。这项政策将有效缓解农村医学高学历、高层次人才短缺问题[1]。 2010年，国家教育部批准昆明医科大学招收农村订单定向医学生。自首次招生起，我校已连续招收了5届，共954名全科医学生。为了解我校免费医学生入校后
