T:What about you? Do you like doing housework? Ss: Yes T:What do you usually do to help your parents at home? S1: I usually do the dishes. S2:I usually wash the clothes. S3: ... T:Great! Now look at this pictures about chores. Step 2 Learning phrases Show some pictures about chores.And read the chores: do the dishes make the bed clean the living room fold the clothes take out the rubbish sweep the floor Step 3 Memory challenge T: Now let’s remember these phrases. I will give you two minutes. T: Now let’s have a challenge. Ask Ss to read the chores quickly. Step 4 Sentence pattern T: Look at this picture. We can see the room is untidy.(不整洁的) I want to ask Peter to clean it up.What should I say? There are three sentences, Which one is the most polite? Ss: Could you please clean your room? T: Yes, you are right. So if I want someone to do something, I can say “Could you please...?” If you agree that, you can say “Yes, sure./ All right. /No problem.” Now let’s ask and answer.
